Rockford Police are investigating a single vehicle crash at the 700 block of 9th Street. Police say the crash occurred at approximately 10:15 p.m. Sunday. Police say three people were inside the vehicle. One of those individuals suffered serious injuries. Police say the crash is alcohol related and charges are pending. The 700 to 1000 block of 9th Street remains closed to trafic until further notice.
