Two people are hurt in an apartment fire on Rockford's northwest side. The fire broke out Wednesday night at a 12-family apartment complex at 3128 Prial Avenue. Fire Department officials say a 50 year old woman and a 49 year old man were treated for minor injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation. The Red Cross is helping the displaced residents with temporary shelter.
