Rockford Mayor Larry Morrissey delivers his annual State of the City next month. The event is planned for 6 pm March 6th at the Coronado Performing Arts Center. The event is free and open to the public. Morrissey is running for a third term in office. He's being challenged by Republican Michael Kleen and Democrat Jim Hughes.
