The City of Rockford's snow emergency continues. Vehicles should be parked on the even side of residential streets after 8 o'clock this morning. Cars parked in violation of the odd/even parking ordinance will be ticketed. Crews plowed and salted arterial streets Thursday night and then hit the residential streets late last night and this morning.
