A 16 year old boy is under arrest following a two vehicle crash on Rockford's Southeast side. State Police say a silver Pontiac collided with a red Dodge van Tuesday morning at the intersection of Seminary Street and Blackhawk Park Avenue. Police say the 16 year old driver of the Pontiac took off but was captured after a brief foot chase. Police say the sixteen year old was found to be in possession of 34 grams cf cocaine, 12 grams of cannabis, 3 tenths of a gram of heroin, over 600 dollars cash, and a loaded semi-automatic rifle that was reported stolen in 2011. The other driver was taken to the hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
