A single car crash on Rockford's southeast side results in minor injuries and a theft. Police say a car rolled over and crashed at the 1000 block of Seminary Street shortly before 11 p.m. last night Police say the driver got out and ran. He hasn't been located yet. A man and two women remained inside the vehicle while the engine caught fire. Police say a citizen stopped by to help...only to have the man inside the crashed vehicle get out and steal the good samaritan's car. Police stopped the stolen car a short distance away. Charges are pending against the guy who stole the vehicle.
