Former Illinois Governor George Ryan is getting out of prison this week. Ryan will be transferred  to a halfway house in Chicago to complete the last five and a half months of his sentence. Ryan has been locked up for six years after being convicted of corruption. He's expected to make the transition sometime today or tomorrow.
