Authorities have released the name of the man found dead on Rockford's northwest side Saturday morning. Winnebngo County Coroner Sue Fiduccia says the body of 23 year old Kelsey Fowler was found in an alley at the 2400 block of Edgemont Street. Fiduccia says there were no signs of trauma to Fowler's head or body. An autopsy is planned for Monday. Fiduccia says Fowler's family has told authorities that the young man had a history of abusing cocaine and heroin.
