The president of the National Rifle Association says there isn't enough support in Congress to pass an assault weapons ban. Appearing on CNN's State of the Union, NRA President David Keene said he doesn't think Congress could pass a law limiting the sale of high capacity ammunition magazines because the law would be impossible to regulate. Keene defended the NRA from charges of fear mongering...saying President Obama and California Senator Diane Feinstein are the ones scaring people.
