The outlook will be a little brighter for Illinois' unemployed in the New Year. A Chicago employment agency is predicting an 11 percent net gain in hiring in Northern Illinois during the first quarter of 2013. Moody's Employment Outlook says hiring statewide is expected to increase seven percent during the first quarter of 2013.
