The City of Rockford remains under a snow emergency. City officials say the odd/even parking ordinance remains in effect until further notice...meaning vehicles should be parked on the odd numbered side of residential streets today. Crews from the City's Public Works Department are salting residential streets. The City and its contractors are not responsible for salting and plowing alleys.
