Rockford Police say a 19 year old man was stabbed and robbed last night on the city's northwest side. Police say the victim was walking near the intersection of Knight and Virginia at about 6:30 Thursday night when he was approached by two men. Police say one of the suspects stabbed him in the chest with a knife. The suspects then took money from the victim and fled on foot. Police say the victim's injuries are not life threatening. Police describe both suspects as 18 year old black males wearing dark colored clothing.
