Former Dixon Comptroller Rita Crundwell is planning to change her plea.  She's scheduled to appear in federal court  in Rockford tomorrow morning where she will plead guilty to stealing more than $53 million from the town over several decades. 

 Crundwell was arrested in April after an FBI investigation.  It's believed she used the money to fund a lavish lifestyle, including jewelry and two horse farms.
