Rockford Police arrest one man and are looking for a second suspect for a recent murder. 29 year old Wyatt M. Hawkins was taken into custody Sunday and was charged with first degree murder for the July 29th fatal shooting of 32 year old Troy Crecy. Police say Crecy was shot in the abdomen at the 1200 block of 8th Street. An arrest warrant has been issued for 32 year old Ian W. Blake of Rockford. Police say both Hawkins and Blake have prior murder convictions. Police say Blake should be considered armed and dangerous.
