An early morning electrical fire damages a house on Rockford's southeast side. The fire broke out shortly before 5:30 this morning at 3423 Southworth Court. Crews found heavy fire in a bedroom and smoke throughout the entire house. No one was hurt. Three adults and one child were displaced by the fire and are being assisted by the Red Cross. Damage to the house is pegged at $35,000 dollars.
